Unrealistic Expectations

and earned millions of dollars throught network marketing. It
is not impossible to achieve it but it is a fact that not
everybody can be a millionaire. Having high expectations is
good as it pushes the person to work harder but setting
reachable goals and achieving them first is more important.
Many people set goals which are too high and ends up
daydreaming or carrying out fruitless activities.
Concentrate On The Product
Many network marketers tend to emphasize
heavily on the results and outcome of working with them more
than the products that they are selling. It is a very serious
problem as it is important to let the client know what the
product is and selling a top quality product should be the main
concern of any network marketer.
Don't Look Short Term
Network Marketing business is similar to any other type of
business in the sense that there is no over night success. A
distributor usually have to wait for at least a period of six
months before they can see some results. Many network marketers
who are successful have been in this line for a considerable
period of time.
Not Easy Money
It is extremely common that many people believe that network
marketing means not having to work or sell the product and just
having a list of people to sign up with to do the work. It is
not true as successive network marketers put in the effort to
understand and sell to the product, rather then just
sitting at home and waiting for big money to come in.
Do Not Ignore The Company Track
Record
A network marketer who is looking forward to being
successful has to look for a company with a good, strong, firm
and consistent track record. This is important so as to ensure
that they are genuinely "business builders" and not just simply
recruiting people.
Finding The Right Products
It is important to find a good and reliable
product that is unique to the company. By doing so, it will
ensure that the network marketer is able to sell the product to
more people. Many people look for products with high profit
margins but what they overlooked is that the product is
extremely common making it difficult for them to sell the
product to the public.
Concentrate On One Company Only
The concept of "the more the merrier" will cause a serious
problem for any network marketer who wishes to be
successful. It is always better to concentrate on one
single company at a time and it would be beneficial to have a
long-term relationship than a short one.
Usually, distributors with several companies will most
likely have lousy or fruitless results.
